Who We Are

Jackson Hole Advisors (JHA) is now in its 25th year of business and with its predecessor firm and senior management now entering into their fortieth year in the market management business. JHA provides strategic, analytical and advisory guidance to publicly traded companies designed to improve our client's market valuations and liquidly. Over the years we have worked with hundreds of public companies from micro cap NASDAQ firms to large cap NYSE companies with an emphasis's on micro's to small caps.

JHA provides services for a small group of companies at any time allowing us to not only fully understand our client's needs but more importantly enabling us to provide a level of service unmatched in the industry. We provide everything from our proprietary market intelligence services and strategic guidance to the total restructuring and rebuilding of a company's equity base. The relationships that we enjoy with many investors combined with the relationships we create with our clients allow us to provide the strategies and guidance that stand the best chance of accomplishing our client's market goals.

Jackson Hole Advisors is a "boutique" firm located just outside of Jackson Hole, Wyoming with our market intelligence and analytical services located in Portland, Oregon. JHA provides two levels of service more fully detailed in the Services section. In addition to our basic services, we provide our clients strategic guidance in working with investment banks in the analysis and structure of Initial Public Offerings, Secondary Offerings, RD's, PIPE's, ATM's, equity/debt instruments, Convertibles, Acquisitions/Mergers and Spin Offs. Additionally, if our client does not have an existing relationship with an investment bank JHA has the ability and depth of knowledge to research the current market conditions and staffing compositions and find the appropriate bank(s) that will best meet the client's needs.
